Exhibitions & Events Manager
Plan and execute premium fashion exhibitions.
Full-time / Project-basedGurgaon; travel to exhibition cities will be required
You'll work on
- Planning the exhibition
- Coordinating with venues, vendors and exhibitors
- Managing stall layouts & signage
- Overseeing on-ground guest experience
- Coordinating exhibitor requirements
- Creating checklists, trackers and SOPs
Ideal for someone who
- Has previously organised exhibitions or large offline events
- Has strong negotiation skills
- Can take ownership of execution
- Has strong attention to detail
- Is comfortable with Google Sheets
- Can communicate clearly in English and Hindi
- Has experience in premium fashion / lifestyle industry
